Welcome to the Brighter Days Giving grant program. Our mission is to support local non-profit gospel-centered ministries in the Lane County, Oregon area. We are committed to helping your ministry make a meaningful impact in our community, and we invite you to apply for a grant to support your project.

To apply for a grant, please read this letter from our team. Then, download and complete the grant application form. All applications must be submitted by the deadline of August 1, 2026. The application process includes a review of your project proposal by our Advisory Board and, if selected, a chance for you to present your project to our members, followed by a site visit to your organization. Who is eligible to apply for a grant?

Non-profit gospel-centered ministries serving those in need in the Lane County, Oregon area are eligible to apply. Review this letter for a more thorough explanation. 

What is the deadline for submitting applications?

The deadline for submitting applications is August 15, 2025.

How will grant recipients be selected?

Grant recipients will be selected based on alignment with our mission, clarity and feasibility of project proposal, financial need and potential impact on the community.

  • We want to help you take your ministry to the next level of impact in our community. We are interested in fully funding a project or a new initiative for applicant ministries, not operating budgets.  We encourage you to “dream big”.
  • Our focus is to support ministries that are intent on bringing the gospel to those that they serve.

As an ambassador of Brighter Days Giving, you have the power to make an even greater impact.

  • Share the mission and vision of Brighter Days with your friends, family, and colleagues. Invite them to join us. 
  • Inform your favorite Christian non-profit about Brighter Days, and invite them to apply for a grant. 
Step 3: Attend An Event

You have the option to attend our events, like our October breakfast, to learn about grant applicants and the work they are doing in our community.

Step 4: Grant Applicant Review

Have the option to visit the sites of the semi-finalist ministries to be able to give feedback

Have confidence in where your pledge is being used

Step 5: Celebrate!

Celebrate together as we award our grants at our Annual Celebration Lunch!
